I was sceptical about using this company when my freezer broke down because I've had my fair share of dealing with bogus and unprofessional trades people. NAC standards are second to none. I was given an appointment same day and they are pricing is reasonable. Stefan, the engineer was friendly yet professional and respectful. He did a fantastic job and explained what the issue was. My freezer is now working perfectly since the repair. I recommend this company to anyone thinking of using their service. There aren't many companies out there who still care about their standards like NAC so I'm so glad I found them! I will use this company again.
